A refreshing, easy Pineapple salsa that has only 5 ingredients! The perfect Paleo snack or appetizer for summer.
Are you allowed to post things that are this easy and call them recipes? Seriously. This pineapple salsa only has about 5 ingredients and only one step in the cooking process, so I feel like I’m lying when I call it a recipe.
I ended up buying the pineapple after Maui because we never actually bought a pineapple while we were there. $7 for a Pineapple when they’re $2 at Sprouts? No thank you! My mom and I wanted to make a pineapple sorbet to commemorate the trip and then I still had a ton of pineapple leftover. So what’s a fruit-hating girl to do? Make a salsa, that’s what.
And it turns out… I really like pineapple salsa. Like, I really like it. Scoop it up with a big ol Siete Food’s tortilla chip and wash it down with some Topo Chico and you have one happy Moriah indeed. Better yet? Make tacos. Every taco in the world is just waiting to meet this salsa, trust me.
Tips on making this pineapple salsa:
- Watch a youtube video on how to cut a pineapple… you better believe I did! Fruit is not my territory.
- Serve with Topo Chico if you know what’s good.
