What’s the deal with everyone talking about golden milk being a thing. Doesn’t that sound completely disgusting? It’s bringing images to mind that are completely ruining my appetite. And then some people are making it even worse by making golden milk lattes, and the only thing you can do to make a gross things worse is heat it up. And for example, trash on a hot day.

And I bet you really want to know more about my recipe now, Huh. The good news is that this isn’t golden milk. This is a turmeric smoothie bowl. It’s an entirely different concept, and an entirely much more appealing name.

Speaking of turmeric, I’ve been taking turmeric all week and WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE. It’s seriously making all the difference with my migraines and sinus issues. You go, turmeric. You go.
