Paleo Vanilla Chai Collagen Smoothie

Delicious vanilla and chai flavors all mixed together in a collagen packed smoothie--easily my favorite paleo breakfast smoothie!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup cooked white sweet potato
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Bone Broth Protein or two scoops unflavored collagen and some honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add ice to achieve a thicker consistency.
  2. Garnish with desired toppings and enjoy!
