Paleo Cilantro Lime Hummus

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1/4 cup packed cilantro
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Steam or cook the cauliflower florets until softened -- I steam mine for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste and enjoy!
  3. Top with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve with chips, veggies, or warm tortillas!
