Paleo Cilantro Lime Hummus

cauliflower florets

tahini

olive oil

water

cloves
fresh garlic

packed cilantro

fresh lime juice

salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Steam or cook the cauliflower florets until softened -- I steam mine for about 10 minutes.
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste and enjoy!
Top with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve with chips, veggies, or warm tortillas!
